If you want to save thousands of dollars in realtor fees, then read this review:
From the time I filled out the form online for more info to the closing on my condo, Shaun was on the ball. I was literally amazed at how quickly and accurately he got everything done!
After I filled out the form online for more information on how his low cost realty fees worked, he called me within 90 seconds. Seconds, not minutes! On a Sunday!
He told me in detail how the lower cost realty fee worked, he answered all my questions. And I will tell you he is still a full service realtor.
I scheduled a meeting with him on the next day for him to look at my condo and tell me what I needed to do get maximum sale price. He also told me what he thought I could get for it, and that's what we listed it for. And he was right on target with his estimate.
His photographer also came out same day that I told Shaun I wanted to list my condo with him. His photographer came out and took pictures that made my condo look like a million bucks!
I will definitely use him again to buy or sell another property. You might find a realtor as great as him, but you won't find one better! I just took all the guess work out of you finding a great realtor - list your property with Shaun Wallace! I couldn't be happier with the whole process. And I saved several thousand dollars in realtor fees!

So my wife and I were struggling to find a realtor that would fit our best needs and wants when finding a new house and selling our old house. Shaun really changed the game for me with how well he accommodated to us and what we wanted. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service that Shaun provided, as he helped me sell my home. He took the time to come to my house, walk the property, sit down and discuss some comps and logistics. He made some suggestions and recommendations.
