Don't let the 1% fool you because this isnt some discount service - this is a local to Louisville area, hard working and highly knowledgeable realtor group that understands the current market and is there for you from start to finish. We were able to sell our home when another in our neighborhood wasn't selling because of their amazing photos, smart pricing and guidance. I really appreciate the easy text service to confirm viewings, and being able to get immediate response by text or call. Save yourself 2% of your home value with some other realty group. You get all of what they offer but with detailed attention to you and the driven force of the best realtor in the area.

Shaun is hands down THE BEST realtor in the game. Im sure you’ve heard that before, but i can assure you this is not hyperbole. He truly makes a difference, and it’s pays to have the right person on your side when making one of the biggest financial transactions of your life. After a less-than-ideal experience using a friend to list my home, Shaun came in to save the day. He had it re-listed and sold within a weekend. My other realtor had it listed for months and it unfortunately tarnished our relationship. For the love of god, avoid the friend and go with the pro! Thank you Shaun for everything you do! If you want to save thousands of dollars in realtor fees, then read this review:
From the time I filled out the form online for more info to the closing on my condo, Shaun was on the ball. I was literally amazed at how quickly and accurately he got everything done!
After I filled out the form online for more information on how his low cost realty fees worked, he called me within 90 seconds. Seconds, not minutes! On a Sunday!
He told me in detail how the lower cost realty fee worked, he answered all my questions. And I will tell you he is still a full service realtor.
I scheduled a meeting with him on the next day for him to look at my condo and tell me what I needed to do get maximum sale price. He also told me what he thought I could get for it, and that's what we listed it for. And he was right on target with his estimate.
His photographer also came out same day that I told Shaun I wanted to list my condo with him. His photographer came out and took pictures that made my condo look like a million bucks!
I will definitely use him again to buy or sell another property. You might find a realtor as great as him, but you won't find one better! I just took all the guess work out of you finding a great realtor - list your property with Shaun Wallace! I couldn't be happier with the whole process. And I saved several thousand dollars in realtor fees!

I Sean's number from my sister who has been using him to get a house for herself. My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers and we had no idea what we were in for. Sean was amazing and he was able to lead us gracefully through the process. His history with construction really helped avoid some houses that would have just been too much work. He listened to our wants and our need, and stayed with us as our decisions evolved. We found the perfect property and are extremely happy with the outcome. So my wife and I were struggling to find a realtor that would fit our best needs and wants when finding a new house and selling our old house. Shaun really changed the game for me with how well he accommodated to us and what we wanted. One of the best things about purple door is if you use them not only to sell your old house but use them for finding your new house the will cut you a check back at closing for using them. I have to say getting that extra money at closing was great, considering I forgot we were supposed to get it! Over all a 10/10 experience. Everyone knows how crazy and up and down buying a home can be and having Shaun with us every step of the way made it so much easier and fast. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service that Shaun provided, as he helped me sell my home. He took the time to come to my house, walk the property, sit down and discuss some comps and logistics. He made some suggestions and recommendations. He offered great advice but did not push me on anything. He did everything that he said he was going to do with the next couple days. Shaun was very prompt with responding to questions and detailed with his communication via emails, phone calls and texts. He was very helpful during negotiation with our buyers. I felt like we got full and thorough real estate service for significantly less than what traditional realtors demand for their fees. And bonus, Shaun is very personable and a joy to be around.
